Kira United has been docked two points and two goals from the already accumulated after their fans were involved in acts of hooliganism in a Fufa Big League match against Ntinda United.
The Competitions committee led by Aisha Nalule, also found officials Hamza Kalanzi and Patrick Kimuli guilty of unsporting conduct and suspended them for four games.
Kalanzi already moved to Uganda Premier League side URA FC.
- Basing on match reports, the disciplinary committee observed that the away team (Kira United) violated the Fufa Competitions rules 2017/18, Fufa Competitions communicated.
- According to Article 30.14 of the Fufa Competition rules 2017/18, Kira United loses two points and two goals from those already accumulated as a result of hooliganism of their fans.
The verdict leaves Kira United with 23 points, three and one behind leaders Kitara and Nyamityobora.
