Struggling Proline FC host BUL on Friday as the team fights to arrest an unimpressive win-less run in the second round.
The Lugogo tenant has dropped into the relegation zone after failing any of their last five games since November last year. In that period, they have collected only one point which came against Express in their last outing.
Head coach Mujib Kasule has bemoaned his blunt striking line that has failed to score a goal in the last 616 minutes since Fahad Bayo’s departure to Zambia.
Kasule, also a FIFA and CAF coaching instructor, believes he has solved the goals’ puzzle and expects the fortunes to turn around starting with Friday’s fixture.
“The biggest concern is goals but we have been trying to perfect that [goal-scoring] in our training,” he said in an interview with the club media adding that, “BUL’s match is a must-win. They’re also fighting for survival but we are home and expect to use that advantage.”
